Okay, I don't know if I should keep posting these e-mails I'm receiving from him, because I don't want to be banned from Yorkie talk. But I thought this was an important one, so here it is....
Villette's mouth has finally gotten her into a world of hurt. In the next 30 days she will be served with legal papers. I will make her back up her libeling and slanderous Internet claims she has made about Jeff Dane and Yorkiepup.com over the past 4 years. I will make her produce "Ben" who she claims posted on another web site in 2004, a post often referenced as fact by her. Villette has copied and pasted his post on Yorkie Talk several times as being fact. We have already saved all her Internet posts in a archive file along with the other posters mentioned below. Over the past 4 years she has bad mouthed me personally, bad mouthed my business, all without ever having been a customer of

www.yorkiepup.com customer personally or without ever having first hand met or have verified personal information about Jeff Dane, its all here say. Villette has always used the excuse that she read the slanderous remarks on the Internet making it true in her opinion. Villette quoted other Internet posters writings about Jeff Dane and his business as fact , then jumped on the puppy mill, hate breeder band wagon and make it her personal crusade without ever meeting Jeff Dane or seeing his business, all to hurt Jeff Dane's reputation and business name. Each time a potential customer asked on Yorkie Talk about Yorkie breeders, Villette and several others used my personal name, Jeff Dane and my business name,
www.yorkiepup.com to turn away customers. This figure of lost revenue over the past 4 years could be in the hundreds of thousands of dollars.
I will make an example of her and the others, making them spend money on attorneys, travel and research. red98vett , JDL, Luvmybabies, Chestersmom, JiggityJig, vainchick5 had better be able to produce all these disgruntle customers of mine they keep quoting in their posts, because I will make them produce them in court, in person. They had better be able to prove that I'm a bad person, that I'm a puppy mill, that I don't care for my canines, that my pups are more times sick than other breeders, that my puppies die more often than other breeders, that my kennel is not a appropriate place to keep canines, that my pups are unhealthy, ugly, that Buttons killed by a Bonham TX. vet has anything to do with being the fault of Jeff Dane and that Buttons is better off dead? etc. That statement is just cruel to say.
I will continue down this list till we have been satisfied with the outcome of our efforts to stop this slanderous, libeling behavior.

I will follow this to the end to get satisfaction. We will also serve the web master of YorkieTalk with papers requesting information about his services as to his responsibility to supply a place where their posters exhibit libel and slanderous behavior. We will also seek personal information on the posters registered there.
