I am a bit nervous about her eye and hair color; she wasnt as black as her little mate..more like black with a sooty color on the tips of her hair. My other Yorkies had dark brown or black eyes by 2 months?? I saw both parents and they meet the AKC standard perfectly. I have now read about
blue puppies and terrible problems, she isnt blue but not black either..now the eyes seem to not meet the standard..will wait and see what evolves.
She does have an extra thick coat and very happy/healthy so that is all that matters.
