I loved Nextel until they merged with Sprint. That was when the service became crappy, reception and customer service! The only nice thing about Sprint is the phones, but that's it. I was so upset when I heard they were merging because I always heard bad reviews of sprint (customer service, bad reception, dropped calls, phones not working, etc). Sure enough, they merged and all my fears came true. And they don't care about the customers. When I told them I was going to drop all 4 accounts they started pleading "No man please don't cancel us" (in a whiny voice) and I said "well are you going to do anything for me" and their reply was "No"..WTH! How do you expect to keep me as a customer if you won't credit my bill for some BS! Sorry I'm ranting now, lol.
