Well the first thing is that sometimes you have to wait for that perfect puppy. The second thing is that sometimes you pay for quality (I say sometimes here bc there are a few people that sell quality pups for very little, and there are a lot of people who sell crappy puppies for alot). However, most of the people selling high quality puppies have a lot of money tied up into their dogs, and that makes the cost of producing the puppies go up. It's easy to charge very little for a Yorkie puppy if you don't have a lot tied up into producing it. And as long as people keep buying from the non-reputable breeders there will always be that kind of breeders out there.
