Hobbs broke his leg from jumping off the couch when he was a tiny puppy. He also did not show any signs of it hurting and he didn't yelp when we touched it. The only sign was limping. The vet said that it is normal for them not to show pain because in the wild it was a sign of weakness for a dog to show pain and the pack would usually leave a weak dog behind. Surely it is not broken, but I just wanted to give you somewhat of an explanation of why he may not wimper or act like it is hurting.
