Unless she's having contractions, I wouldn't worry about it. Their temps will fluctuate especially in the last days. My Gracie's temp would drop to the low 96 degree range, stay for a while (like a hour) then start climbing back up again.

They'll also get restless, may start nesting or searching for a place. You may even notice some wetness in their vaginal area. Some will not eat the day of whelping so that's why it's important to stay around the house the last few days.
