Me thinks thou dost protest too much.

Might I suggest that if you are concerned over their allegations, that you make changes to make your kennel more dog friendly. Just because governing authorities did not find any violations, does not mean that your dogs are being treated humanely.

I don't think these people are concerned with your threats of lawsuits, nor am I. The burden of the proof will be on you to prove that something they said was false, and in order to do that you will surely have to make some changes to better the living conditions of your dogs.

Try to look at the situation through the eyes of your dogs. It doesn't look very nice when you view life from their prospective.
