Slander is the spoken word.
What he SHOULD have said is that he's suing for LIBEL....that's the written word. Either way, he's got to prove that what was posted is false. And those who posted were only posting their opinions and personal experiences about him.

That's what I was looking up. You are absolutely right. What a moron. We can post whatever we want, its our opinion and HE will have to prove we're all lying which according to a ton of other websites and people I've personnaly heard from, we're not. This is a public forum and if he wants to stop people from posting their opinions about him, he will have to run a clean business.
