I could not agree with you more, their are a lot of breeders out their just in it for the money, letting their animals live in cages, and will breed as many as 10 litters per year!!!!! No one or two people can take care of 10 litters and produce healthy quality, well socialized puppies. Let alone keep track of all the paper work!!!
