Impressed with my behavior?? Not so much... But like they say.. Hindsight is 20/20... and my regular purse that I set down on the bathroom floor harbors way more threats than Pixie does....

And we won't even talk about the ICU nurse who dropped his glove on the floor and picked it up and put it on right in front of me! I called him on it! He said the gloves were to protect him! lol Then he checked the Incision from her sugery.... hmmm.... But that does not make what I did right... I know

Germs still can go around, rather Pixie was exposed to anyone else or not. What about when they move something out of the room, or a nurse goes to check on your aunt, then goes and checks on another patient. You should've checked with the nurses station before bringing Pixie up there. Peoples lives are on the line up there, it's definitly not a place to go and break the rules. I hope that if I'm in the ICU, or any of my loved ones that the other patients families don't pull any thing like this and put myself or my loved ones at risk. It's one thing to use the bag to sneak the dog into a store that doesn't allow dogs, but the ICU, that's wrong.

As for that nurse, I think you should report him. Who knows what other unsanitary practices he is doing.

As for your aunt, it's good to hear that she's doing better
