If he sues someone for slander, HE is the one who has the burden of proof. That means that HE is the one that must prove that what you are saying is a LIE. It doesn't matter what OTHER customers experienced. What other customers experienced is irrelevant to what YOU experienced. As long as what you are saying is true and it is what YOU experienced, then it is not slander.
