Very well said!!! As you said, though, it would be seen as cruel and unusual punishment (ya think??) and it won't happen to her. One would like to think she'd learn her lesson after this but alas....she will probably get off with a slap on the wrist, pay some fines, and then she'll be right back in business! I for one hope she actually has to serve some jail time - might give her a small insight as to what those furbabies she abused went through! Ugh....stories such as this just make me want to b!tch slap the offender.
