One natural remedy that you can "try" is orange peels. It is like the opposite of catnip for some cats. This won't always work, but it is worth a try. Just take a potato peeler or a grater and grate the peel of the orange around the yard. Like I said, it may or may not work, apparently what works for one cat doesn't work for all cats (much like yorkies, I guess)
