Hi all!

Has you may or may not know, my daughter and I are in several groups (with kids from elem - high school). We are having a meeting to try to plan out the next few months in our groups. One group is 10 kids, one is 15 kids and one is 24 kids, various ages (up to 17), and we go over just about everything with these kids.

I am in need of ideas and suggestions and thought YT would be the perfect place to get some!!

I am looking for the following:

1) fun games to play (like getting to know you, ice breakers, just plain fun play for a group)

2) community service projects a group can do or volunteer for (this will be good for kids to learn from, to help with college transcripts, scholarships, etc)

*speaking of scholarships: any ideas of places that offer scholarships for younger kids - websites, stores, etc? I know there are several out there that offer to younger kids (like essays, art, etc). Anything would be helpful.

3) arts and crafts ideas for the group to do during meeting time

4) fun snack/food ideas (trying to do something different then just cookies, chips, soda)

5) fun presentation style ideas (trying to get the kids to learn to speak in front of a group - even though our groups are small - but something where they can get up front of us and show us something (pictures, dogs, etc).
