My pup is almost nine weeeks old and has beeen ready to go since eight weeks. She is sold and I am holding her another week or two tho. Not because she isn't ready. She is good size and is so done with mom. Well socializeed and in the room with all my other yorkies. eating well, well socialized and everythig else. I really don't see , in my case, that keeping this pup till twelve weeeks would make any difference at all. I think people need to understand it depends on the individual puppies. I am expecting a litter in November that the parents are known to throw smaller pups. I have no doubt that I will be keeping this litter until twelve weeks old.
