I'm so glad Buttercup is found and is doing well.
I am a bit confused by the above answer though because even in CARGO they absolutely must have vet papers and shot verification. Also when you check in you have to stand there and answer questions and they check the pup right then before you go off to get your plane.
Plus even to ride CARGO you have to make reservations??? I'm really confused about the whole thing. Maybe I missed something
