I love it!!! Both me and my husband got into it about 2 years ago. We've even battled it out in our garage. (With protective gear and a mat of course) Best work out you'll ever get!!! We do it UFC style LOL No just kidding. He loves how much I get into it. He's 6" taller then me and out weighs me by 60 lbs so it's more of a work out for me. He wont get too rough with me but I have to admit I've gotten some good shots in on him. My brother came over one time and we had him had him laughing so hard that he had to take me on. He bet me that I would not beable to get in a good blow let alone catch him. My poor brother,,,,,,,, LOL I walked away with 20 bucks that day!
