Kona and Bernie are going to be Dorothy and Lion from the Wizard of Oz - the pictures are in the contest thread. We don't have any plans for any halloween parties, but the school that I teach at has a big Halloween carnival and all the kids wear their costumes. So I'm going to bring Kona and Bernie in their costume to the carnival.
