one person had this trouble before and I just happened to remember the problem -
have you checked your settings ? there's a place in your
USER CP Panel that may fix this-
Click USER CP - then Click EDIT OPTIONS and Scroll down to Thread Display Options where you'll see this -

Show Avatars

make sure they're all checked
OR it could be your computer is very low on memory ???
