Poor Lucy...I hope she gets better quickly. Maddie had tonsillitis this past summer and wouldn't eat either. I tried different things, like soft, canned dog food and chicken, but until that throat starts feeling better, nothing looks good to them. Does she like to lick on ice cubes? The cold might make her throat feel better. I did use a syringe to get Maddie to drink a little water during that time because I didn't want her to get dehydrated. One thing worth mentioning is that after going on the antibiotics, Maddie felt better pretty quickly...like by the next day as far as eating, but it did take a while to get completely back to her old self!
