I keep Gracie's kibble in a dish in her ex-pen. When I am home, the ex-pen door is usually left open. When Gracie wants a snack, she goes into her ex-pen, picks up one piece of kibble, and brings it outside of her ex-pen to eat it. Sometimes, she will toss that piece of kibble in the air a few times before she crunches it up. Then, she goes back into the ex-pen, gets another kibble and does the entire thing over again. I always giggle at her, thinking she probably burns more calories than she takes in eating this way. Does your Yorkie have a quirky eating habit?
