I would be concerned. Have you checked in his mouth to see if he has retained any of his baby teeth? My quess is that he has and some are finally breaking loose and/or there is crap stuck between his teeth. When titan had some of his baby teeth still he would get food stuck between the two sets of teeth and it stank pretty bad. I would probably take him to the vet Monday.
