They should lose all of their baby teeth by six months. Since your dog is a year old he should have all of his adult teeth. You need to make sure that he hasn't retained any of his baby teeth though. This is really common for Yorkies and other small breeds. Look into his mouth. He should have 6 incissors on top and on the bottom. Then 4 canine teeth (long pointy ones) all together. If he has extras you need to take him in to get them pulled
