RED FLAGS is putting it mild! They still have the 2 lbs weights listed on their website. I lived in Victoria many years and this is a place calls Gigi's Grooming. The place is nasty, smells horrible and for the life of me I can not understand why they have not been closed down.
For those of you that know Kim aka Texas Shopper, she is in Victoria and will verify the horrible conditions at this place!
I DEFINATELY would tell anyone to stay away from this place for buying or grooming!
