Well, I am here in North Dakota and my dogs go outside. Sometimes , I have to coax them but they do. My yorkie wears a little coat when it gets down there below 0* but usually a little sweater will do. In fact it is only goint go have a high of around 32* today. She was a little shivery this morning when I was holding her so she had a little sweater on today. She is the cool one. She is the 4# one but the little under 2# is a little warm thing and is plenty warm most of the time so I am not concerned with her today.
