How in Gods name can you give attention to 400 dogs!!?? not to mention bringing them to the vets and feeding them? As I said in another post...I feel even if you are a breeder you should only be allowed a certain number of dogs...Unless you have help, I can't see how they can be taken care of properly...
I have a good friend that used to breed Bernese Mountain Dogs (she also showed them). In the town where we lived you were only allowed a certain number of dogs and believe me!!! If someome complained the town was there to check it out and WOULD make you obey the rules or would shut you down but, this was a small town also.
I just feel so bad for those poor animals.
