Poor baby, I know that's painful. Toto had an infection in her ears before but not nearly that bad. Her's was caused from the hair down inside the ear not being plucked and when I bathed her the water got down in there and couldn't come out. Found out that a groomer was just clipping them way down inside there instead of plucking them out. I now take her to the vet regularly and have it done there plus I use earplugs in her little ears when I bathe her. She had to take oral antibiotics plus two different meds that I had to put down in her little ears. Hope your baby feels better soon!
