I don't have cingular but RAZRs are crap. Mine wasn't even a year old and it had software issues and died on me. When I went to verizon to have it replaced, the woman in front of me was on her 3rd RAZR in 4 months--she had similar issues and battery issues. The customer service person at verizon said that her RAZR phone also died that same day. She said that there are alot of software issues with RAZR phones. She also said that the most recently made motorola phones are not made like they were in the past. They're expensive phones but the quality is just no longer there.
