I have had Cingular for about 1 year. I am on my 4th phone, although the last 3 have been pink razors......apart from the fact that when you have a defective phone, you have to get a REFURBISHED phone. So, guess what.....you get phones that have/had something wrong......and they may not be fixed....as I have found out.....
I have three phones,me, hubby and son.... and have spent at least 2hrs a month trying to get MY service from dropping.....I use the phone a whole lot...this is since last November. The service people are clueless, make promises to fix things and don't then when they call you back, if they call you.....they cannot remember what the original issue was.....and then you have to spend more time in trying to explain it OVER AGAIN....
GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR.
I would not recommend them...other carriers offer the razr phone too.
