My puppy school teacher said to put a dab of peanut butter on the lowest bell. Whenever you take baby out, ring the bell and let her have at the bell with peanut butter on it. Eventually, baby will make the connection between the bell and going outside to potty. I'm getting ready to start doing this with Gracie. It's nice to know there is someone else going through this!
