Thank you! I understand this. But Atkins is basically the diet my husband's doctor put him on, so it's what I'm doing too. He was born with sugar problems and now that he is overweight he has diabetes and everything that goes with it. I plan to lose the weight and then switch to healthier eating in a few months. I can't continue on Atkins forever because I actually hate meat. LOL
