It's hell when you have no hormones left - mine are SO wacked that it's really really hard to lose. My advise to you is - do this while you're young - the older you get the harder and more depressing it is to diet.

Well I would be that way too without the tv. And right now I am embarassed to have people over because I have my elliptical in our small front room taking up so much space. But I don't care. I won't do it when it's in another room either, I tried that. Out of site, OUT OF MIND. LOL I actually don't care for the treadmill because it's seems too much impact for me. I hate my boobs and belly bouncing around and my knees just can't handle it either.
