Jodie, what helpsl me is to be foced and live that healthy lifestle permanently rather than fad diets. eat healthy, lots of fish and chicken and veggies and avoid too much junk food. Also, I used to measure out what I eat size wise until eventually you can eyeball it. You'll be amazed at how much this helps when you proportion everything. Moderation is key in my life. This way, you can have fun and eat what you like (an occasional steak or burger) and allow yourself to 'cheat' on weekends. |
