Is he limping or he is not putting any pressure at all on his back foot? Same thing happen to bear recently. And it has happen many times before. I was so worried when first time it happened. I took him to vet and they said he just dislocated his kneecap and its common for his age...he is 13...I usually wait for a day or two and it pops back in. But Archie is only 7 months so I don't know if they could be it. Give it a day or two and if he is still like that then I'd take him to vet to get it check. Hope he gets better
