Yes you are right bc I notice that while the models on TV are doing it gracefully I am struggling and shaking. I am fine with the leg workouts...it's just really bad when it comes to the abs section. I have a hard time focusing on breathing and sucking in my stomach at the same time. will it get easier over time?
