As a Pilates Instructor, I can tell you first hand that unless you have real instruction that distinguishes from what you think are doing right between what the actual body position should be - the tapes will never be as effective as they could be. I don't care for the Windsor series as I think her instruction is very lacking, especially considering most people who buy these have never taken a class before. My recommendation would be to find a live Pilates class, take a few and then when you understand what you should be doing and can feel the difference, work with the tapes.
