oh wow - I can see why you're upset - I would be too -
First I wouldn't have dealt thru someone other than the breeder - that 'friend' sounded like she was brokering them - and 2nd - REPORT the Breeder - she's committing fraud by saying they'll have papers but hold off on the little mishap - that sucks and shouldn't happen - When you spend the kind of money yorkies cost - you should get your papers if that's what you were promised.
and you said she had a herd of dogs ?? that doesn't sound good either - ALL THE BEST TO YOU - I hope you get this resolved but it's a shame there are so many deadbeat breeders out there - They're great when they want your money - but sometimes that's where the relationship ends - |
