If you want a show dog, then you should probably buy from a show breeder so you know what you are getting. Very few dogs are show quality, and most breeders cannot tell for sure until they are 6 months old or better.
If you don't ant to keep her unless she is show quality, then I would consider rehoming her now, and buying from a show breeder.
Plus cost is only one of the things you need to consider. there is also size and shape and the set of the ears, the length of the nose, personality. Many many things, that is why you need to buy from a show breeder that can help you choose the right puppy.
