Bottom line, your dog needs medical treatment...now. I understand money gets tight, but your dog's problems won't neccessarily wait until you can get back on your feet. Please get your dog proper treatment. If you can't manage to properly care for the animal as is neccessary, please get the dog to someone who can. Ignoring the problem for whatever reason is neglect, plain and simple.
