Has anyone tried Winsor Pilates? I ordered it a few weeks ago and just received it today. I'm hoping it'll work. I have a pilates dvd that I ordered from ebay and have been doing that for about a week. I find it really hard to do ab workouts..it gives me a headache bc it's so hard to focus on breathing and sucking in your stomach at the same time. Maybe it's just me... lol

Also, has anyone ever tried those weighted hula hoops? I have this hula hoop at home that weights about 4-5 lbs and I guess it's supposed to be like an ab workout?? any inputs??
