As horrible as this sounds you may have to be rude and tell them that they cant just come knock on your door all the time. We have some kids that live across the street that think that my boyfriends dog is the cutest thing but he doesnt like kids. They always come over and ask to pet him and I have finally had to be rude and tell them that he will bite them if they come over. He doesn't like any kids but mine, my boyfriends nephew and my best friends little boy. But then again, he doesn't like any adults that he doesn't know either. I dont want a lawsuit for these kids if they get bit but I am thinking that I am going to have to go talk to the parents so that something doesn't happen. I mean we own our home and have a fenced in yard. The dogs are never out of the fence unless they are on leashes with us.
