 Gucci's Bile Acid Results Are Back
The surgeon called me today with the results that were taken last Friday. All her BioChemistry work came back Fantastic! Her Blood Count is Normal.. Her Bile Acids are much better since the surgery, the pre is a little high but lower than before, but he is not concerned with that. He said sometimes it takes longer for the levels to come down, and not to worry. He said we will do another repeat test in 6 mts. Gucci does have MVD, and there is nothing that can be done about that. He said that she can go back to eating regular dog food to stop the lactolse and just keep an eye on her. The worst case scenero would be to put her on the L/D diet again.
