I go through the same sh*t with the new neighbors across the street. These people really make me wanna reach out and and slap someone.
They have a cocker spaniel (sp). She comes in my yard ALL the time and tries to go to the bathroom. Naturally I run her off screaming. They let the dog loose so often (which is against the rules of my neighborhood) that she wanders for hours on end. She ended up at another one of my neighbors houses (2 houses to the left of me) and took a crap right on her porch.
I got fed up and called the police dept. (Where I live its VERY private and secluded. We have out own police and fire dept.) Now, I hate being "that" neighbor, but for f*cks sake, enough is enough.
I cant tell you how many times I almost ran over that dog. She either lies under my tires as I back out of my LONG driveway, or she run in front of cars in the road.
Finally these morons across the street got a fence for her but it's an electric underground fence. I personally do not agree with electrocuiting (sp) a dog. Doesn't matter though. The fence only works if she has a collar on, and she usually doesn't. So ofcourse, she still gets loose.
