We recently moved into a new house. Our new neighbors are RUDE. They have a huge yellow lab mix. Dog looks very nice but my neighbors allow him to roam unattended. They have no fence. My backyard is fenced. There male dog comes into my front yard and poos and pees.
I would never allow my dogs to do this...if so I would at least go and clean it up. No effort was made on thier part until my husband went over and said something to them. They still allow thier dog to roam unattended. They also have a cat that roams. But this weekend they have a visitor over that had a dog and my husband was working on the backyard...so he had our gate open. We had strange dogs in our backyard
My dogs were in the house at the time but what if they were out...who knows what would have happened.
