 Home-made pet stairs
Yea, here I go again!! Just because I can sew things, sometimes without a pattern, seems this last 6 years, I think I can do the same with carpentry, lol.
Made these this afternoon. My bed is kinda high, and Adonis can get down and up fine in the daytime, but he wakes me up walking around the bed on the wood floor, trying to get back up when its dark, after we went to bed.
Ok, this thing is quite sturdy, the way I made it. The wood...your going to laugh....I took apart a chest of drawers in TX so I could get it in my Corolla and bring home. I never put it back together, and that was 2 years ago! Sheesh after this long....made good steps for the bed!
Now to teach Adonis how to go up and down them. Working with treats, and not having luck.
Still not sure whether to stain them or carpet. Hummm....thats later I suppose. |
