ok...I had to go into my trusty pre-typed directions ....YT Changed the way we do photos in the Photo Album feature - I thought I only had the old ones I did - but I must have typed these and don't remember....
the important thing you already covered - sizing. When we post we have limits - but the Galley really doesn't so some people can get their alloted spaced filled up quick if they don't size their pictures smaller....and

I usually put mine in an album and name it...but you can just upload without that step
YT NEW Album directions
SIZE your pictures first - A good size is 460 pixels
Click on PHOTO GALLERY You'll see this :
My Photos · My Albums · My Favorites
CLICK
MY ALBUMS - then
Create a New Album
Name your album....
Click
CREATE A NEW ALBUM (again)
Click
UPLOAD PHOTOS (on the right of the page)
Go to
BROWSE –here you go into your computer and click on your photo.
Click
UPLOAD/SUBMIT When you want to add more than one pic or add more later - - look on BLUE BAR for -
My Photos · My Albums · My Favorites ....Click MY ALBUMS - then on the right it says upload photos - & CHOOSE which album you want to add to if you have more than one.
