If you like the breeder and go back for grooming etc...next time look her in the face and tell her she has 2 weeks to resolve this issue. It is so easy and fast to get AKC papers now, if all is well with records thebreeder keeps, DNA male etv...infact when done online a breeder can have papers in hand n a week.
