I think problems are more likely to occur when you are not eating very much at all and then drink tons and tons of water. Just look at the sodium content of almost any food and you will see that it is not difficult to get it right back up to where it should be with a few bites! If you are worried about potassium, eat a banana..it's good for you anyway!
I completely gave up drinking pop/juice 1 year and 2 months ago...it feels great, really it does. I occasionally have a glass, but 99.9% of my fluid intake is water. |
