I read more and more on this subject. I have taken Buddy to Petco and have had one groomer groom him. However, they use cages and attach the dryer to the doors! I never thought this was a problem thinking they are professional people until I read these nightmares. I will not take him back!
I have found a groomer who grooms on appointments and hand dryes and does not use cages. We are going there. It is a distance from me but I really don't think I have a choice anymore. Her business has been open for 12 yrs and I know her.
