I drink my 8 glasses a day, if not more. I have never had a problem other than having to pee a lot. I have always drank water. I was never much of a soda drinker or juice drinker. Water is the only thing that will quinch my thirst. All others just make me feel full (bloated) and still thirsty, especially if it has sugar in it.
Love that water!! Yes you will lose sodium in your system, but for most of us that's a good thing. Water can flush your system out of all the impurities and excess sodium in your body. It also keeps your kidneys active and clear which in turn speeds up your metabolism. |
